With this tailored offering, we empower couples to maintain an active role in their planning process while benefiting from our expert guidance and assistance.

DAY-OF COORDINATION
Our day-of coordination package is a perfect option if you want to plan the majority of your wedding, but need a professional wedding coordinator in the background to answer questions, offer advice and oversee the details on the day of the wedding so you can relax and enjoy your perfect event.
Includes:
- Two pre-wedding consultations
- Supply any needed vendor recommendations
- Construct in-depth wedding timeline
- Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to event
- Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal
- Up to eight hours of on-site direction and coordination so you can enjoy every moment, stress free! Including:
- Ensuring all vendors have, and adhere to, the wedding timeline
- Directing the ceremony processional
- Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
- Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
- Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
- Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
- Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
- Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
- Providing an emergency kit

MICRO WEDDINGS
Planning for a wedding, even an intimate one, can be stressful! Whether you are craving adventure or calm, this package is designed for the couple who wants an elevated experience on a smaller scale. Perfect for an elopement, micro wedding, or recommitment of vows.
We offer all of our packages at discounted rates for elopements and micro weddings.
(We consider any wedding celebrations with fewer than 10 guests as elopements, and 10-30 guests as micro weddings.)

A LA CARTE SERVICES
We offer individual services for couples who wish to use our expertise in one specific area of planning, or as an add-on to our partial and
day-of planning packages.
- I will create a wedding budget breakdown encompassing the costs associated with creating your celebration. Using this live document, you’ll track your spending along the way to ensure you are staying within your budget.
- I use my experience and knowledge to find a location that aligns with your desired location, aesthetic and budget. We will set up tours at the ones you like. Pricing includes up to 4 venues, $25 for each additional venue visit.
- After thorough conversations with the bride and groom, I will recommend vendors personalized to your specific desired aesthetic and budget. Then we set up a call with those you are most interested in to make sure it's the right fit.
- Using my expertise combined with your vision of your dream day, I will create a thorough mood board encompassing color palettes, florals, rentals, details and more. Then we will come up with a plan to achieve this design within your budget, and make your vision a reality.
- First, we will get your save-the-dates designed and mailed. As the big day gets closer, if you desire paper invitations, we will work hand-in-hand with your stationer to perfect your invitation suite and other printed items. If you prefer emailed correspondence, we will help design, send, and track replies to your custom-made elegant and sophisticated evites, perfectly complimenting your design scheme and effortlessly organizing your finalized guest list.
- I will create your custom wedding timeline, which includes every detail needed to make the celebration run smoothly. We account for every minute to ensure you and all of the vendors know exactly when things are supposed to happen.
