That’s why I offer individual services outside of the traditional planning packages, so couples don’t have to pay for services they won’t necessarily need. After all, just as every couple is unique, no two weddings are the same!
Wedding Officiant
Looking for a wedding officiant who brings both expertise and heart to your special day? After working over 10 years in the industry, I have seen how the right officiant can make or break your day. They’re the one who marries you, after all! That’s why I decided to become a licensed officiant myself, and have been crafting unforgettable, custom ceremonies for each of my couples. Through in-person meetings and brilliantly honed questionnaires, I work closely with you to create a ceremony that reflects your love story and values. From traditional vows to unique rituals, I’ve got you covered, so you can say “I do” with confidence, in your very own way.

Custom Budget + Tracking
With this service, I will help you determine how much you can currently afford to spend on a wedding, and how much you can potentially save over time. This way, you as a couple can decide how far out you want to plan your big day.
Once we’ve determined your timeline and wedding day max spend amount, I’ll break down how much you can allocate for each checklist item – from venue to florals and everything in between! – so you can start shopping around. We will also track your spending along the way, and I’ll provide tips and tricks on how to effectively prioritize and get what YOU want most out of your day. Because, after all, it’s all about you and your love story.

Bespoke Design Services
Using my expertise combined with your vision of your dream day, I will create a thorough mood board encompassing color palettes, florals, rentals, details and more. Then we will come up with a comprehensive plan to achieve this design within your budget, and make your vision a reality.

Invitations
First, we will get your save-the-dates designed and mailed. As the big day gets closer, if you desire paper invitations, we will work hand-in-hand with your stationer to perfect your invitation suite and other printed items. If you prefer emailed correspondence, we will help design, send, and track replies to your custom-made elegant and sophisticated evites, perfectly complimenting your design scheme and effortlessly organizing your finalized guest list.

With so many venues out there, many of which don't advertise their pricing, it can be difficult, frustrating, and extremely time-consuming to find the right venue! With this service, I use my experience and knowledge to find venues that aligns with your desired location, aesthetic and most importantly, budget. From there, we will set up tours at the ones you like. Pricing includes up to 4 venues, $25 for each additional venue visit.
Whether you have a specific vision you’re looking to achieve or are completely starting from scratch, figuring out the right vendors for your wedding can seem like an impossible task. With this service option, I’ll have an in-depth discussion with the wedding couple and together determine exactly what you’re seeking in regards to vendor services. I’ll then compile a list of available, trustworthy vendors within your budget. This is an excellent option for couples who’d rather not spend hours Googling, scouring social media, attempting to filter out scams, and filling out “Contact Us” forms for a million vendors.
Every wedding needs a custom, detailed timeline, not only for the couple to stay on track with the many individual parts of the day, but also for all vendors, as well as the wedding party and immediate family. And, as your wedding day is sure to be as unique as your love story, you can’t just copy-paste a generic timeline from a wedding website to make sure everything runs smoothly. I will use my expertise to account for every minute of the wedding day, for every individual moving part. I’ll work alongside your photographer to make sure we put aside the perfect amount of time for all photos. I’ll find out from your caterer just how much time they will need to transition the dinner buffet to dessert, so the photographer knows when to plan for the cake cutting. Using any sort of music or sound amplification? Don’t forget a sound check! Couples often overlook many of the key, behind-the-scenes details that are imperative to schedule to ensure the entire day runs smoothly. Let me take care of your custom timeline with this service.
Have you completed your wedding day timeline? Coordinated with all of your vendors? Have everything already planned out, but need an extra set of hands to ensure it all gets set up properly while you’re getting into your wedding-day best? Maybe someone to help direct guests from the ceremony of the reception? I offer on-site coordination only, at an hourly rate - all of the hands-on, day-of service without any of the behind-the-scenes planning. $50/hour for a minimum of 4 hours. Venue must be within 20 miles of Peoria, AZ.
