Hi! I'm Jess.
I’m the owner and lead planner of Jessica Moore Events + Design.
After over a decade of event industry experience in New York City in literally almost every role you can possibly think of (corporate event planner, wedding coordinator, event entertainment producer, venue manager, private club director, event entertainment performer, the list goes on…) our family moved to the west valley of Phoenix, Arizona and I decided to branch out on my own.
Here’s the thing about me: besides my wealth of experience and knowledge, I LOVE events. I love planning them, I love executing them, I love attending them, I even love making budget spreadsheets for them! And I love sharing my love of events with people who are dreaming of their perfect day and need a little help making their vision a reality.
I take pride in each and every event I plan. I work hard to customize every aspect for each of my clients to ensure their personality and vision shine through.

Jessica is not only an experienced and successful planner, she is also a licensed wedding officiant and can create and perform your personalized ceremony. There’s another vendor crossed off the checklist!
We have our own decor in stock – arches, high-end faux florals and greenery, lanterns, centerpieces, and more – and it’s free to you for use with any wedding planning package. And, if we don’t have what you’re looking for, we’ll source it for you!
With an uncommon background in both accounting and theatre, Jessica has a unique skillset perfect for working budgeting magic to keep her clients comfortably within their limits, while crafting and coordinating show-stopping events.
